## What to include

**Corrections and factual errors.** Send the URL on your scorecard or article that contains the error, the correct information, and a source that confirms it. We check it and update the record.

**Re-score requests.** If your scorecard shows a capability as absent and you have a public page that confirms it, send us that page. See the [re-score process on the For Vendors page](https://theauditrail.com/for-vendors/#requesting-a-re-score) for what qualifies as a valid source.

**Vendor commercial inquiries.** If your platform is not yet on The Audit Trail, or you would like to discuss the listing, review, or mention products, email us. Rates are available on request.

**Citation and press questions.** If you are citing our scores or methodology in research, journalism, or a report, you are welcome to reach out. Attribution and a link to the source page are the only requirement for quoting our published findings.
