What to include

Corrections and factual errors. Send the URL on your scorecard or article that contains the error, the correct information, and a source that confirms it. We check it and update the record.

Re-score requests. If your scorecard shows a capability as absent and you have a public page that confirms it, send us that page. See the re-score process on the For Vendors page for what qualifies as a valid source.

Vendor commercial inquiries. If your platform is not yet on The Audit Trail, or you would like to discuss the listing, review, or mention products, email us. Rates are available on request.

Citation and press questions. If you are citing our scores or methodology in research, journalism, or a report, you are welcome to reach out. Attribution and a link to the source page are the only requirement for quoting our published findings.
